University of Bedfordshire

The University of Bedfordshire (formerly the University of Luton) is a pioneering and vibrant university with an emphasis on a modern curriculum that relates theory to practice. Our two campuses in Luton and Bedford are in ideal locations just 30 to 40 minutes from central London by train, benefiting from lower living costs compared to central London. The University of Bedfordshire is friendly and welcoming and has a strong reputation for outstanding student support.

The university has a reputation for its very high quality of teaching, and in 2003 and 2004 we were judged to be the top new university in England for teaching quality. We are truly international student and staff community in a British setting. We have more than 3000 international and Non UK students from over 120 countries who enjoy our welcoming and friendly environment.
The University of Bedfordshire is the largest provider of undergraduate and postgraduate education in Bedfordshire with 17,000 students across all its sites. The University is undergoing a major expansion and development and by 2007 will have completed a £45 million investment in the two campuses.
